There are many choices available; however none compare to this property. Lloyd speaking here and this is my uncensored review concerning this property. You may be asking why do a review about the Gulf Gate Apartments? Well when doing some research about apartments in the Sarasota, Florida area there were very few reviews written. Gulf Gate Apartments is just minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches of Siesta Key and within walking distance of many stores, specialty shops and restaurants. I-75 is 6 minutes away. Small pets are welcome! The staff at the complex go well beyond expectations with an extremely laser targeted focus on making the residents feel proud to be a resident and always a smile to handle any concern a person may have. James R. Riley, Sr. formed Condor Corporation over thirty years ago. Today, working alongside his sons, Mr. Riley’s original vision continues on. The company currently owns and manages over 1,400 apartments in Minnesota and Florida. Lexington Heights and Eagle Ridge Apartments were built under Mr. Riley’s supervision. Mr. Riley acquired Salem Green, Raven Hill and Gulf Gate Apartments within the last fourteen years. The future is promising for our company.
