He can download and open on his phone. Or, he can forward it. Henry has lots of choice over devices and carriers. Someone invites Henry to a meeting. On his phone, he accepts. They see Henry has accepted. Henry gets a new phone and switches carriers. He keeps getting his Groupwise info. All Henry’s contacts are in his phone. He updates a friend’s number. Next time he looks up this friend from his Groupwise PC client, the new number is there. Henry’s email is totally secure. Over-the-air, FIPS 140-2 validated AES encryption. Someone sends Henry an email, it appears in his phone. Automatically. Henry sends an email. Deletes a few. Reads some others. He puts his device into his pocket. All this is reflected back in Groupwise.
