  3. Quizzes The quizzes are based on the Powerpoint Lectures located in Course Information, located beneath Content Areason Blackboard. • Quiz 1 (lectures 1-2) • Quiz 2 (lectures 3-4) • Quiz 3 (lectures 5-6) • Quiz 4 (lectures 7-8)

  4. Quizzes 1, 2, 3, & 4 • Your are required to take 4 quizzes . These quizzes are designed to test the knowledge you have acquired through the PowerPoint lectures. • Each quiz MUST be completed NO LATER than 9:00 PM on the given date. • You MUST complete and submit ALL 4 quizzes using the Assignments feature, located under each quiz which are in Assignments (found beneath the Contents Area of Blackboard). • The quizzes MUST be taken online: The quizzes have a time limit of 30 minutes. Each quiz can be taken only ONCE, ……. So make sure that you are prepared and ready. • Each quiz MUST be completed no later than 9:00 PM on the posted due date. • Check the due date, located in Course Information beneath Content Areas of Blackboard, and keep organized. • You may complete these tests at any time prior to, or up to, their due dates. • Each test will be objective in nature, and include both Multiple Choice, and True/False questions. • Each quiz will have 25 questions (worth .25 of a point each) • Each additional minute past the allotted time will result in a 1 point deduction • You will not be penalized for the first 59 seconds past the allotted time.

  5. Location of Quizzes 1, 2, 3, & 4 • The four quizzes are located in the Blackboard Content Areas under Assignments!

  6. Guidelines for All Quizzes: • Make sure you have carefully read through all the powerpoint slides. As the quizzes are timed, you will not have sufficient time to look up every question. However, you need to know the respective sections of the powerpoint presentations so that, on occasion , you can retrieve the required information quickly and accurately.

  7. Submission Dates for Chapter Tests • There are four quizzes. • Each quiz is worth a total of 5 points (20 points in total). • Each quiz must be completed by the date and time listed under Due Dates, found under Course Information beneath the Content Areas of Blackboard.

  8. Check Your E-Mails • check your emails on a daily basis • additionally, check your emails immediately after completing one of the quizzes, particularly if you experienced any technical problems • this will give me time to clear your attempt, so that you can start the test or quiz again and resubmit within the time deadline IMPORTANT: You must continue to check your emails for one week after the due dates have passed in case your final assignments were not downloaded correctly, and you could not be assigned any % points!

  9. Location of PowerPoint Lectures • The eight PowerPoint lectures are located in Course Information, located beneath Content Areas on Blackboard.
