LINCS Meeting Goals LINCS Phase 1 Activities • Large-scale production of perturbation-induced molecular and cellular signatures • Creation of a database, common data standards and public user interface for accessing the data • Computational tool development and integrative data analyses • Development of new cost-effective, molecular and cellular phenotypic assays • Integration of existing datasets into LINCS LINCS

LINCS Meeting Goals Establish the LINCS consortium • Learn other’s research • Identify joint areas of interest • Establish a joint project with one or more groups Identify common LINCS challenges • How to integrate multi-dimensional assays into a single coherent LINCS database? • How to mine and analyze LINCS data? • How to encompass more biomedical research areas into LINCS? • How to leverage other activities? LINCS
