  2. Prayer is ASKING. Ask, and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and it will be opened to you.” Matthew 7:7

  3. Prayer is ASKING, SEEKING AND KNOCKING. • When you pray you must expect to RECEIVE. • When you seek you must expect to FIND. • When you knock you must expect something to OPEN.

  4. 3 Qualifiers for Asking Prayer • Your prayer is in sync with the will of God. • You are praying in the name of Jesus. • The answer will bring glory to the Father.

  5. Prayerlessness is SIN. • Sin always has CONSEQUENCES.

  6. You are seated with Jesus at the right hand of the Father (Eph. 1:6 & 2:20) and as co-laborers with Christ you are supernaturally called, positioned and empowered to partner with Jesus in the ministry of RECONCILIATION, PRAYERand INTERCESSION.

  7. One of the greatest challenges the believer faces is choosing to ABIDE. To abide is to remain positioned in Christ where He is seated. This is the battle between the flesh and the Spirit.

  10. KEYS TO EFFECTIVE PRAYER – RECEIVING WHAT YOU ASK FOR IN PRAYER • Youmust believe that your heavenly father desires to give you “GOOD THINGS” when you ask Him.

  11. KEYS TO EFFECTIVE PRAYER – RECEIVING WHAT YOU ASK FOR IN PRAYER • Youmust believe that God will REWARDyour diligence in seeking, knocking and asking.
