  2. Program StructureTrack: General Managent, Strategy & Entrepreneurship • Duration: 3 years; • Format: Lectures and Supervised Research; • Year 1: 60 units of credit (UC); 96 lecture hours; • Year 2: 60 UC; 78 lecture hours; • Year 3: 60 UC; 24 lecture hours;

  3. Program Contents • Lectures include: • Research Methodology – Research Question, Research Design • Quantitative & Qualitative Methods • Advanced Topics Seminars

  4. Supervising • In general the PhD student selects the Supervisor even before application; • The Supervisor will accompany the PhD student for the duration of the Program

  5. Evaluation Practices • At the end of Year 1 the candidate presents his work before a panel of 3 professors, 1 of them external to the institution; then his admission to the program is confirmed; • Student must pass the prescribed courses; • At the end of Year 3 the candidate will stand for oral defense of his thesis before a panel of 5 to 7 members, 3 of them external TheEnd.

EVALUATION PRACTICES • NO FINAL DO PRIMEIRO ANO O ALUNO APRESENTA O SEU PLANO DE TRABALHO PERANTE UM JÚRI COMPOSTO POR TRÊS PROFESSORES, SENDO UM EXTERNO À INSTITUIÇÃO. • O ALUNO TEM DE TER NOTA POSITIVA NAS DIFERENTES UNIDADES CURRICULARES • NO TERCEIRO ANO DEFENDE A TESE PERANTE UM JÚRI (5 A 7 PESSOAS SENDO DOIS OU QUATRO EXTERNOS)
