Updates on Hazard Identification Worksheets and Task List Changes for "Martha"

We have updated the Hazard Identification Worksheets (HIW) for the "Martha" Task List. Key changes include the division of compound questions into simpler ones, along with the removal and rewording of irrelevant or duplicate questions. As a reminder, starting February 4, new tasks will require responses to the updated checklist questions. If you want to revise an existing task, you must also address the new questions. For any queries, Martha is available to assist you from the main page or any subject link.

  6. Logistics - after February 4 • New tasks will see, and be required to answer, the new checklist questions. • If you wish to revise an existing tasks, you will have to answer the new questions.
