Mission Standardize protocol content management, reporting and documentation to enhance safety and reliability. Mitigate risks of automated drug-delivery process through tailored clinical decision support. Optimize and align clinical practices surrounding chemotherapy administration across specialties.Create an environment of care that boosts the overall experience for patients and their families.

What We’ve Accomplished • 25 hours of workflow validation • MD, NP, RN, PharmD representation from each clinical area • 3 out of 30 workflows to be “re-engineered” • All 3 have action plan to be finalized • Practice Standardization • Research Validation Pain Point Interviews & Analysis Workflow Validation Sessions Disease Groups Protocol House Cleaning Project Governance

Zion Infusion Center Lean Initiative, i.e. patient throughput, staff efficiencies Pain Point Interviews & Analysis Workflow Validation Sessions Disease Groups Protocol House Cleaning Project Governance
