Top Issues • Hilite • spools, burrs on crossholes • valves, ID burrs; rough surface finish on lands 3 & 4 • pintles, parts not crimped • Copeland - vision system on washer • Bosch/Rexroth – O/S splines; gage issue • Delphi Multec – issue with surface finish, continuing to sort internally for .030 step on face • ZF – gage planning • GQS – sorting; Move out of Hilite is taking place end of the week.
