Killeen ISD Launches Hiring Incentive The Board of Trustees at the Killeen ISD has approved a hiring incentive for new employees hired on or after September 1, 2021 and who stay employed through May 27, 2022. Full time certified teachers will get $1,000 and part time employees will get $500 Fresh full time hourly employees will get $500 whereas part-time hourly employees will get $250 First year teachers can earn up to $77,200 throughout the school district’s Teacher Incentive Allotment program Federal Income Tax and Medicare taxes are covered on the stipend checks Retirees who have submitted TRS retirement paperwork to the District are eligible for recruitment stipend www.killeenisd.org Killeen Independent School District 200 N.
