  4. Identification Cards • IF YOU WERE NOT HERE AT THE LAST MEETING • Name • Position (VP, Reporter, member etc.) • Homeroom (Teacher) • Advisement Room • Home Phone Number • Cell Phone Number (Text/Call) • Email Address (note if parents)

  5. Identification Cards • BACK OF CARD: • Write “Meetings:” • This is where you will record the date of each meeting you attend, that way we have a written record of your meeting attendance • If you lose the card, see Secretary for a new one immediately!

  6. Fall District Meeting • Thursday, October 25, 2012 • Eden Jr. / Sr. High School • Registration: 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM • Opening Session 4:30 PM • All members are expected to: • stay after school • attend the FDM • help clean up • It is GREATLY appreciated!

  9. Fall District Meeting • This years theme is Autumn! • Decorations we need are: • Corn Stocks – Catherine Mammoser • Hay • Pumpkins • Mums (Flowers) • If you have any of these let KaliePfohlASAP • These items will be borrowed. Therefore we will return them the day after the FDM

  10. National Fall Leadership Conference • Since no one brought forms back, we will not be attending the NFLC this year in North Carolina

  11. Officer Team Building • Hyatt Regency • 1 night team building event • President & Vice President planning event • Mainline Officers: • Kalie Pfohl, Catherine Mammoser, Jimmy Ehrig, Lindsay Dingman, Courtney Cross & Emily Carias • We may be inviting other male members

  16. District Officers • Officer forms are available NOW • See KaliePfohl • handed to me by October 15 • You MUST attend the FDM in order to run for an office

  17. Snack Bar • Open all day in Nowicki’s (111) • First 15 minutes in advisement • Alex Paciorek • Kayla Stamper • Sign up now if you can sub in for them • Muffins, water, fruit snacks, granola bars, etc.

FBLA Advisement • If you would like to be in Nowicki’s for advisement, tell Mrs. Nowicki ASAP! • It’s like a normal advisement, but you can use the computers! • OFFICERS: it would be a good idea for you to join this advisement as one of your duties is to see advisor/president weekly (we are both in here!)

  19. Locking Cabinet • Motion was passed to use clubs money to buy a locking cabinet for Snack Bar items

  20. Membership Dues • Dues are $15 per FBLA year • $6 go to NYS FBLA • $6 go to National FBLA • Get your dues in by October 9th (that is almost a month)! • OFFICERS: get your dues in ASAP!
