  2. Take out a sheet of paper and title:Bellringer: Week of 9/24 – 9/28 • Tuesday, 9/25: • Copy the following sentences and fill in the blanks with the appropriate vocabulary words. • 1. Do you listen to words that sound similar to ones in your native language? • 2. What English words have you learned in this way? • 3. How similar is your first language to English? • Conduct a poll to find out how many different languages or dialects are spoken by 25 class members (or students throughout the school). What is the most number of languages that one student speaks or understand? Present your poll results as graphs. • Your assignment should include: • Raw data ( 25 students’ names & languages spoken & answers to questions • Graph illustrating the information gathered • One Paragraph Summary analyzing the data and graph.
