Things to have when you’re ready to sign up for your benefits • Your Georgia College ID • Able to log into your ADP account (have logged in the last 30 days) • Your ADP ID Number(under Personal Information tab in ADP) • Your beneficiary’s Information • (legal name, address, date of birth, SSN, phone number) • Your dependent’s Information • (same as beneficiary plus –birth certificate, marriage certificate) • Power of Attorney documents (if applicable)
