Is BS 7988 succeeding in its aim of: • ensuring that delivery and scoring are fair to all candidates • ensuring that the validity of an assessment is not compromised by IT delivery • ensuring that delivery is secure, where this is necessary • establishing consistency across awarding bodies? Or is it inhibiting innovation?
