Advancing Sustainability at Mount Royal University: Goals & Accomplishments

The Mount Royal Sustainability Committee, represented by diverse stakeholders including SAMRU, the Sustainable Students Society, and various university departments, has made significant strides in promoting sustainability on campus. Our achievements include the development of a Campus Sustainability Policy Statement, strategic planning initiatives, a comprehensive waste audit, and proposals for dedicated sustainability leadership. As we look ahead, we invite feedback on our efforts and welcome ideas to enhance our sustainability initiatives moving forward. Together, we can continue to make a positive impact.
