  3. Stamford CT 1999, Arrival of Terri Tracy, National, Nick Tamburrini NAPM-Rochester, Director DVIII, Terry, Secretary DVIII. A three district conference to roll out the new plan for ISM. ISM-NY/NJ

  4. District VIII Hospitality suit in Stamford. The pink flamingo is found! NAPM-7 Counties wins the coveted Pink Flamingo award! ISM-NY/NJ

  6. Terry say’s “let’s start up a forum to replace DVIII”. He offers to help as Vice-Chair. A committee consisting of Lois Beatty, NAPM 7 Counties, Vic Catalano, NAPM-NJ, Chris Hayes, NAPM-R and myself met to write-up plan. Forum would start in June 2001. ISM-NY/NJ

  7. The long lost pink flamingo was returned home. ISM-NY/NJ

  8. The next NAPM conference was in Pittsburg, 2000. Terry was still Secretary. We worked hard all day, and had fun at night. Meme Ransom -NAPM Twin Tiers, ? , Elizabeth Blackman-NAPM-ENY, Warren Stricoff -NAPM-LI ISM-NY/NJ

  9. Terry and I in Pittsburg, 2000. We were wandering around looking for a brew pub known as “Valhalla”. ISM-NY/NJ

  10. At the Valhalla. That’s Warren Stricoff from NAPM Long Island with his back to the camera. He was active the first few years especially in the skits. ISM-NY/NJ

  12. One of many stops on ride home from Pittsburg. Doug Freeman and Sherri Pappas -NAPM-Greater Syracuse rode back with us. Sherry took the picture. ISM-NY/NJ

  13. In February of 2001 we used this valentine to invite DNA’s to the last DVIII council meeting in Binghamton. The photo was taken at a NAPM –Greater Syracuse dinner meeting in Feb. 2001. ISM-NY/NJ

  14. Terry and Shipman Award winner Ray Clayton NAPM-NJ, at 2002 workshop/conference. Ray was the last DVIII director and supported the forum. Notice the missing pink flamingo was found and sitting on podium. ISM-NY/NJ

  15. Hospitality. Terry pours a cocktail.Doesn’t he remind you of Tom Cruise in the movie Cocktail… “You shake it to the left, shake it to the right!” ISM-NY/NJ

  16. Terry and a conference speaker, Doug Freeman from NAPM Syracuse. The flamingo shirts were our first fund raiser. We sold out. ISM-NY/NJ

  17. Terry and I rounding up the flamingos, and getting ready to take a trip to Corning. Terry drove this one time. ISM-NY/NJ

  19. “Don’t shoot Mr. y…you can have the flamingo!” ISM-NY/NJ

  20. The flamingo kid gets kidnapped. ISM-NY/NJ

  21. The “Flamingo Kid and “Saddle Sore” Stricoff are tied up, While Elizabeth Blackman narrates. Later on “Chief Flaming Mingo” and his daughter rescue the kid. The kid has to marry the chiefs daughter to save the forum. ISM-NY/NJ

  23. Terry receives the Erlicher award in 2002! 20 Years of dedicated service to NAPM Greater Syracuse, District VIII and ISM-NY/NJ. ISM-NY/NJ

  24. This was my last conference as ISM-NY/NJ director. Terry is ready to take over. ISM-NY/NJ

  25. Terry and I were invited to speak at several of the affiliates. Here Terry visits NAPM-Buffalo, where he was welcomed by Maddie Manganiello. ISM-NY/NJ

  26. Were C.P.M. points awarded for being at this presentation?. ISM-NY/NJ

  27. Besides narrating the skits Elizabeth Blackman, C.P.M., was the “glue that held us together” between events. She was the first ISM-NY/NJ Secretary/Treasurer and was awarded Erlicher Award in 2003. Elizabeth was with NAPM-ENY. ISM-NY/NJ

  28. As facilities committee chair, Terry would arrange with hotels for conferences and council meetings. Several of our council meetings were held Syracuse. Kathy Perna, Guy Haddix, Terry and Elizabeth Blackman. ISM-NY/NJ

  29. At the 2004 conference in Glens Falls, Vic Catalano receives the Erlicher Award. Vic represented NAPM-NJ on the ISM-NY/NJ organizing committee. ISM-NY/NJ

  30. The next year back in Binghamton. Phil Kelley starts the awards ceremony, little does Terry suspect he will be called. ISM-NY/NJ

  31. Terry is announced as winner of the pink flamingo award! Something to do with negotiating free electric seats in his new car. (He is so surprised he forgets the award goes to an affiliate now, not an individual.) ISM-NY/NJ

  32. Terry comes to the podium ISM-NY/NJ

  33. Terry gives a humble and memorable thank you speech. ISM-NY/NJ

  34. Finally, Terry is told it’s a joke… “ Give it back you didn’t really win the pink flamingo.”( It went to NAPM-Greater Syracuse for the twilight zone) ISM-NY/NJ

  37. June 2009, Terry and I go to Boscov’s in Binghamton to shop for shoes and shorts. ISM-NY/NJ

  38. “I’ll bet I know where the men’s room is.” The $1.00 bet. Terry pays up. ISM-NY/NJ

  39. Lunch at Cortese’s. Whoops! The waiter steps in front of camera as it “auto snaps” the picture. ISM-NY/NJ

  40. Waiter takes a better picture to record the event. ISM-NY/NJ

  41. During the off-season. “I’ve got the map and directions, let’s do a plant tour!” ISM-NY/NJ
