  2. China has beautiful geography and landscapes. Mountains, hills, and high lands cover the land of China. Rivers flow in all directions. Lakes ripple. Some lakes are really long, like the Yellow River is 3,000 miles long and floods each year. Mountains rise like the Himalayas which is not ideal for farming since it’s too high and crops cannot survive.

  3. China’s Rivers China’s rivers are a very important part of their history. China thinks they are important not to miss on cruises , tours , vacations, and other travel.

  4. China’s Rivers There are many rivers in China, like the Yangtze River, and the Yellow River. There both very important to China. .

  5. The Yellow River One river in China is the Yellow River, or as some people say the Hung He River. The Yellow River rises in northern China, which is repeated in the springtime. This river is about 3,000 mile [1,900 K.M] Yellow River begins in the western Qunigchi province.

  6. The Yangtze River The Yangtze , the longest river in China and Asia , is the third longest river in the world next to the Amazon and the Nile. The Yangtze River is dying. It’s getting shorter and shorter each day. Some people have seen it turn blood red. Some scientists say this happened because animals that die near the river pollute it.

  7. China’s Land Most of China ‘s land is mountain, hills, and high lands. People plant crops on the base of the mountains and make mountains an ideal place to plant crops. The people carve in the mountains and put water in the ‘steps ‘ so the plants can grow. There are a lot of mountain ranges that cover the land of China. One mountain range in China is the Himalayas. Since the Himalayas are so tall, it is not ideal for farming but farming is a main industry in China. There are many more mountains in China!! The Kuhluh Mountains is in the center of the west region. The Tianshan Mountain is more toward the northwest of China. Qinling mountain range expands from north China to south China. The Greater Hingsan Mountains are more toward the northeast of China. So many mountains!!! The Tiahang Mountains are more toward north central China. Lastly the Hengdaun Mountains in the south, closer to Tibet, Sichuan and Yunnans mountains meet.
