  3. Vision Accomplish being first-choice manufacturer for air diffusion and conduction projects all around the world by providing innovative solutions that achieve customers preference in our products and services. Mission We help our customers to fulfill their promises thanks to our excellence in designing, manufacturing and maintaining fabric ducts. www.difusiontextil.com

  4. Values • On time • Complete • Properly done • Development: We realize our partners are our most valuable asset; our customers reward us as result of our product and service excellence. • Work: We promise what we can deliver and deliver what we promise. We make hard decisions and we know we are all responsible. • Innovation: We are fully aware that innovation is crucial in our development and we are proud of our company.

  5. Comparison. DTI Ducts VS Metal Ducts • Weight • Material

  6. Total project weight comparison • Fabric duct and light support. • Represents 2% less weight less than metal product. • Metal duct and metal support. • Resistance and expensive structure are required.

  7. Installation Taking into account time spent, needed crew and required tools, installing fabric ducts it’s five times faster and way easier compared with aluminum ducts. Delivery Date DTI People Involved Work Tools Sheet Products Technical Involved Work Tools

  8. Noise We can guarantee total absence of noise since our system design achieves a streamline flow avoiding any movements that could cause undesirable sounds. Contrariwise, air diffusion with aluminum ducts generates resonance due to motion of its constituent parts and lack of streamline flow.

  9. Air diffusion Fabric ducts allow uniform air distribution all along the duct meanwhile aluminum ducts just allow air to pass through some specific gaps. DTI Ducts Sheet Ducts

  10. Carrying and storage Fabric ducts are packed in light carton minimizing shipping costs and storage space. FabricDuct Metal Duct

  11. DTI products meet all international and UL “Underwriters Laboratories” standards under NFPA 90 A “Installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems” rule. DTI materials have a lower level of flame spread and smoke development than the allowed level. www.difusiontextil.com

  12. Fabric ducts design Methodology

  13. Project scope • System type: Fabric duct system, full system (air equipment, products and installation). • User: Food industry, automotive industry, pharmaceutical industry, restaurants, hotels, Sport centers, supermarkets, LED buildings, laboratories, pools, nightclubs, exhibition halls, etc. • Application: Ventilation, air conditioning, heating, extraction, etc. Diffusion Extraction

  14. Place characteristics • Air temperature • Place temperature • Dimensions: high, length and width

  15. Equipment characteristics • Volumetric flow: CFM, m3/hr, tons of refrigeration (TR), BTU. • Static pressure: “C.A. (inches of water pressure), PA (Pascal).

  16. CIRCULAR Different systems require different duct diameter and shape therefore we make special designs following air diffusion or extraction trajectories in the room. SPHERE Ducts shapes ELLIPSIS SEMI CIRCULAR SPIRODUCT

  27. Materials • This material is polyester based, 100% washable and enduring. • Recommended for the following applications: • Restaurants • Places or business centers • Call Centers • Museums • Food industry • Automotive industry • Electronic Industry www.difusiontextil.com

  28. Materials Polyester based 100% washable material highly advised for pharmaceutical and food industry, laboratories, pools, malls, churches, clubs, and halls. www.difusiontextil.com

  29. Materials • Specially designed, Pyroglass is made of fiberglass which implies greater flame resistance and durability. Highly recommended for: • Greenhouses • Diffusing high temperature air • Equipment rooms www.difusiontextil.com

  30. Materials • The main attribute of this material is the insulating layer on both faces, this makes resistance to temperature changes between environment and air conducted; its use is recommended for ceiling systems like: • Restaurants • Places or business premises • Call Centers • Museums • Automotive industry • Electronic Industry www.difusiontextil.com

  31. Materials 200 y 500 Based on polyester and coated on both sides with PVC, this material is light and enduring. www.difusiontextil.com

  32. New Material • This material is based on recycled PET an its recommended for the follow applications: • Restaurants • Hotels • Churches • Sport centers • Supermarkets • LEED buildings www.difusiontextil.com

  33. Specialtreatments Static Free DTI has created and patented Static free system which allow us to use any type of textile fiber for electronic and microcomponents industry due to the usage of copper wire in the duct seams. This copper wire absorbs static charge produced by air friction in the duct preventing any buildup of static charge.

  34. Specialtreatments Antibacterial product Antibac it’s an antibacterial treatment which guarantees quality and hygiene required by food industry as well as many others.

  35. Diffusion www.difusiontextil.com

  36. Diffusion type is the way fabric duct ejects the air to the room. • Two types of air injection: high and low.  Diffusion selection www.difusiontextil.com

  37. Iner-Jet: • Higher altitudes than 26 ft. • Textile nozzles. Multi-Flow: • Height between 13 y 26 ft. • Holes Air injection: HighHeights higher than 11 ft. www.difusiontextil.com

  38. Laser-Flow: • Laser micro perforations. • Speed between 0 y 1 ft/s. Uni-Flow: • High less than 16 ft. • Perforated mesh. Perma-Flow: • Lower heights. • Permeable synthetic fiber. Air injection: LowRecommended for heights between 6 y 10 ft. www.difusiontextil.com

  39. Insul-Duct: • Insulating layer on both faces. • Resistance to temperature changes between environment and air conducted recommended for ceiling systems. Airtight ducts www.difusiontextil.com

  44. DTI fabric ducts systems could be suspend using hooks or rails, more support is possible adding rings as well. Support location Support position www.difusiontextil.com

  45. Rails • Ideal for narrow spaces • Prevents any duct movement • Suitable for offices • Maintains semicircular ducts shape Mounting system www.difusiontextil.com

  46. Mounting system • Hooks • It is the most widely used and low-priced system. • Sewn to the duct • Tailored and adjustable www.difusiontextil.com

  47. Support complements • Hoops • The hoops are placed inside the duct. • Combined with any of the previous supports. • Avoid duct deform when the ventilation system is not ON. • It could be retractable too. www.difusiontextil.com

  48. Mounting • Retractable system • Used in higher areas. • For esthetic use, it expands and shrink in necessary case without uninstalling. • Recommended for entertainment or exhibitors centers, etc.

  49. Installing Depending on the project size, a fabric duct ventilation system will be send by parcel service which consists on one or several boxes. The biggest orders will be send on cardboard packing in a regular transport. Every fabric duct piece will be packaged in individual plastic bags labeled at one size and pieces number. Other labels or indications will be included for the biggest and more complex systems as well. Package sent by DTI contains a total project plane marked with colors for every specific part; also the project and quality sheet.

  50. Installing 1. Open the box and verify with the plane that the pieces and accessories are complete. (Otherwise please notify us immediately.
