SPP 11 and 12 Roles: • Data Entry Agent Multiple District - save and edit data • Data Entry Agent Single District - save and edit data • District Certifier - save and edit data and certify district • ESC Viewer - view district data within the region • TEA Administrator - set data entry period and return district data • TEA View - view only role for TEA staff

SPP 11 Function: • The application will calculate the percentage of students ages 3 through 21 for whom parental consent was received, whose Admission, Review, and Dismissal Committee (ARDC) meeting was held within 90 calendar days of receipt of parental consent, and whose eligibility was determined. • For those students who did not have an ARDC meeting completed within 90 calendar days of the receipt of parental consent, the application will also calculate and display the numbers of students in that category, and allow the user to collect data for ranges of days beyond 90 and the reasons for the delay, for both eligible and not eligible students.

  11. SPP 12 Function: • The application will calculate the percentage of students: • Served in Part C and referred to Part B determined to be eligible by 3rd birthday. • Served in Part C and referred to Part B determined to be NOT eligible by 3rd birthday. • NOT served in Part C and referred to Part B and determined to be eligible by 3rd birthday. • NOT served in Part C and referred to Part B and determined to be NOT eligible by 3rd birthday. • For those students whose eligibility was not determined by their 3rd birthdays: • If determined to be NOT eligible, capture if the ARDC was held within 30 days or greater than 30 days after student’s third birthday. • If determined to be eligible, capture if IEP was developed and implemented within 30 days or greater than 30 days after their third birthday.
