  1. The ATC can open the note and document accordingly. Leave the encounter open, then the MD can click on “Edit” (red box above).

  2. The MD then clicks on “Make Me Author” and the note will appear as your note. The ATC’s name will disappear (at least in the chart). The ATC’s name will remain in Epic on the back end.
