The Construction Team: Office Engineer • In Charge of reviewing and analyzing: • Submittals • RFI’s • Start / Stop and Produce Drawing Reviews • Coordination of the Subcontractors
The Construction Team: Foreman • Experienced crewmember who is in charge of a group of four to eight crafts people in the same crew • Representing the crew and communicating with the field superintendent on technical, human and safety issues • If no field superintendent is employed, then her duties are split between the general superintendent and the foremen.
