  2. The Construction Team: Office Engineer • In Charge of reviewing and analyzing: • Submittals • RFI’s • Start / Stop and Produce Drawing Reviews • Coordination of the Subcontractors

The Construction Team: Foreman • Experienced crewmember who is in charge of a group of four to eight crafts people in the same crew • Representing the crew and communicating with the field superintendent on technical, human and safety issues • If no field superintendent is employed, then her duties are split between the general superintendent and the foremen. In this case, foreman would typically report time sheets and assure that all crewmembers follow safety precaution. • Submittals • RFI’s • Start / Stop and Produce Drawing Reviews • Coordination of the Subcontractors
