What is the CRMCS and why is it important to you? • CRMCS is a state wide credentialing and accountability system for personnel and equipment • Comprehensive resource database (RMW) • Web based system used for on-scene and off-scene accountability of personnel and equipment (InterTrax) • Coordinates resource information (Kansas-MAP and WebEOC) • Personal accountability • Request reliability

CRMCS Capabilities • CRMCS team will: • Develop a KS customized resource management system (Complete) • Adopt state-wide personnel credentialing and resource typing standards (Ongoing) • Provide quick visual identification on Kansas identification cards (i.e. driver’s licenses) (April 2013) • Ensure initial and annual training in support of the CRMCS(Ongoing) • Filter current databases through Kansas - MAP prior to consolidating info into Resource Manager Web (Ongoing)

System Statistics • 31,680 personnel entered for credentialing (+710 in the since 6 Mar) • 3,280 pieces of equipment • 2,770 organizations • 820 administrative users • All counties have access to a credential printer! • State level Quals for equipment complete* • State level Quals for personnel complete by Dec 2013 • System upgrade to 4.0 complete • Policy Revision complete 8 Feb 2013 • Kansas-MAP, K-SERV, and KDOR integration complete* • System launched 13 Sept 2011 • Information current as of 24 Apr 2013
