  3. Inspection Programming Robot 18”x18”x18” Make sure robot won’t damage robots/fields Take your rulebook • Use legal firmware • Autonomous Program**

  4. Beginning Scouting • General Strategies • Form to answer set questions • Meet people!

  5. Driver’s Meeting • Learn procedure • Who can be at the queue • Who can touch controllers and when • Placing on field • Leaving from field • Ruling question • Drivers and Coaches

  6. Judging • Tell Judges about your team • Look at robot, outreach, team, engineering notebook, spirit, ideas, engineering process, programming, everything • 20 minutes • All team members

  7. Judging • Judges walk around during the day • Look at pits, robot runs, teamwork, interaction • Ask questions about more of your outreach, robot design, etc.

  8. Matches • Two Drivers, one Coach • Queue for match at least 10 minutes early • Cheer for your team/alliance!!!

  9. Match Scouting • Watch teams during matches • Tests are different than competition!! • See how strategy changes when working with other teams • Especially watch teams you’re allied with/against • Communicate with your alliance partner! • Help you decide Offense VS Defense!
