LOGISTICS OF EVENT TEAMS ORGANIZER • Meet @ Harbor Front – 08:00 hrs (SG) 2ndflr, Batam Fast office • Ferry departure – 08:40 hrs, Check-in 08:15 hrs • Set up of stall: 9:00-11:30am, quick lunch. • Games start: 14:00 – 19:00 hrs (2mins/ 10 kids/ group/ game) • Venue: Kepri Mall, Batam Centre (Carrefor @ basement) • Event starts: 10:00am • 12:00-1400: TGC programs • 14:00 – 19:00: (concurrently) Games Health Talks Health Checks etc • P.S Total game time = 5 hrs, x 60 mins = 300mins/130 groups of 10 kids = 2.31mins/ group.

Theme artwork be considered for: Gift to children (arm or friendship band, use marker to pen his/ her name) Emblem be used to identify all volunteers (suggested metal badge pin), regardless of stall/ game Proposals: Suggestion: Each color per game stall, regardless of style from Bodynits stocks. Organizing committee estimated S$6k for gift pack for 2000 kids, current donation at S$2k. If you like to make a donation, please send an email to <gee.tan@bodynits.com>

Games Joy – Stall 2 Peace – Stall 3 • Objective: Get at least 1 ball through the holes in any alphabet • Bonus prizes will be awarded for winning goal through ‘BELL’ in alphabet “O”. • Each child will be given 2 balls to play. • 2 players each go, 3mins each player • Each child is given 3 rings, they try to get the ring round the neck, tail or wings dove. 5 players each go, 3 mins/ play • Ring around neck gets a bonus prize • Give out rings • Collect rings • Give prizes

Preparation – Set up for stalls Joy – Stall 2 10m x 15m Peace – Stall 3 10m x 15m • Bodynits – Fabric for perimeter, both stalls • Trolley boards 0.7m-1.8m height, 6 trolleys • Propose ALPHABET size 60cm x 90cm(WxH), construct from cardboard, painted • Diameter of hole @ J (25cm) • Diameter of hole @ O (40cm) • Diameter of hole @ Y (20cm) • X’mas bell size – 15-18cm • 100 pcs plastic balls (bought) • Bodynits – Fabric for perimeter, both stalls • Banana trunks for base for Doves
