Temporary Staffing Services • eRecruit and Temporary Hiring: • The same options are still available for your temporary staffing needs: • Temporary Staffing Services • Outside Temporary Vendor (FasTemps, Masterson, Manpower, etc) • Hire on your own • Main difference now is that: • eRecruit will replace the current paper process for hiring non-student temporary employees • You will have the capability of posting your temporary positions on the UMJobs.org website via eRecruit • If you have used Temporary Staffing Services in the past, it will be “business as usual” plus we are offering some new options to departments

Temporary Staffing Services • Temporary Staffing Services’ Offerings: • Standard TSS Hire • You contact us with your temporary need, we find candidates and send you suitable resumes for review from which you select your candidate, then we handle all eRecruit hire processing needs including CRC check, changes/terminations and on-boarding • Cost is $79/month • Candidate Testing • We will computer test your candidates and send you the results to use for screening your candidates. We recommend limiting this to six or less candidates • Cost is: • $69/candidate for Basic Skills Testing (Typing, Data Entry, Word 2007 & Excel 2007) • $79/candidate for Customized Testing (choose from list limited to 6 tests)

Temporary Staffing Services • Temporary Staffing Services’ Offerings Cont’d: • eRecruit Posting Pool Screening • You post your position to eRecruit (temporary or regular) and we will screen the applicant pool and present you with top candidate resumes for you to review/interview • You manage the eRecruit posting and complete/process the hire and are responsible for any background/reference checking, I9s, change/termination paperwork, etc. • Cost is $79/posting • eRecruit Candidate Screening • We will interview and reference check candidates you send to us • Cost is $79/candidate

  11. Hints and Tips • Using the apply without posting feature • Not posting? Don’t add Posting Language • First and primary offer approver - ICHAT checks • For auditing purposes - need to have someone other than the person who creates the offer authorize it
