  2. Timeline • What is a timeline? • A detailed agenda of the conference

  3. Why do we need a timeline? • 能够让你自己明确会议的思路和方向 • 用来和其他的代表沟通，保证会议的有效和有序 • 当你的timeline符合大多数代表的思路时，你就能主导整个会场 • “Use YOUR timeline to dominate the conference”

  4. Timeline 可以包含： • 首先应该讨论什么，大概要讨论多久（比如半个session／一个session／……)，在这之中又大概要讨论那几个比较具体的小点。 • 接下来该讨论什么 • 。。。。。。 • 可以大致预测一下几个可能形成的bloc，及他们可能的立场 要让你的timeline被别人接受，你的timeline就需要合理，符合客观规律

  5. 举个例子 假设我们要开班委会，讨论下周五的秋游。。。 TIMELINE • 讨论秋游地点－－大概30min • Brainstorm几个地点，然后综合考虑离学校远近、价格、安全问题、同学们感兴趣的程度进行深入讨论 • 讨论秋游来回交通工具－－大概10min • 谁联系交通工具 • 大概要花多少钱，平均到每人手里是多少 • 安全第一

  6. 3. 午饭在哪里解决－－20min • 自带午餐？附近餐馆？ 4. 秋游的活动－－20min • 自由活动？以小组为单位？是否组织集体活动？ 。。。 最后写出一到两分份具体方案（RESOLUTION），投票通过一份后提交班主任审理

  7. 大家明白Timeline大概怎么写了吗？

  8. 会前准备 • Timeline • 明确委员会的职能，不能越权 • 在纸上列出自己的国家在利益方面的关切点，明确其轻重缓急 • 明确你能让步的原则和底线 －－这就需要关注你的国家利益（National Interests)

  9. Interests • 这个“利益”包括你在模联中可能遇到的各种利益：国际关系中的一切政治利益、军事利益、经济利益等等，甚至包括代表在开会时所考虑的个人利益。 • National Interests：满足国家以生存发展为基础的各方面需要并且对国家在整体上具有好处的事物。
