LLWYBRAU DYSGU 14-1914-19 LEARNING PATHWAYS The Learning and Skills (Wales) Measure Secure wider learner choice and a minimum entitlement • The Measure secures learner access to a more flexible curriculum that will meet learners’ needs,raise their educational attainment and better equip them for high skilled employment or higher education. Learners will be able to choose from a minimum number courses at both Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, including vocational options.
