  3. Taken a whole systems approach to delivery of MECC across Arden NHS -UHCW,GEH, SWFT, CWPT Organisational Readiness achieved Organisational sign up at board level Board level & implementation leads / training plans in place What is happening locally ?

  4. CCGs /Primary Care Work is being taken forward with CCGs MECC in System Plan/H & WB Strategy Covered in contracts within quality schedules CQUIN development in working progress

  5. MECC Embedded into policies, procedures & training New staff induction Job Descriptions Integrated into National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP) Integrated into NHS Health Checks

  6. Implementation –Staff Engagement Achieved engagement of key groups, FNP, Midwives, Health Visitors, Primary Care staff, Carers, Dentist, pharmacist Train the trainers delivering face to face training within organisations

  7. Systems & Mechanisms Established Arden wide group to coordinate plans and delivery of MECC Comprehensive communication plan developed in partnership with Trusts Monitoring mechanisms or number of staff trained & delivery of MECC established Evaluation of the E-learning package

  8. Coventry Local Authority Board level sign up & training plans in place Train the trainers trained Priority Groups identified as: Adult Social Care (250)staff Early Years & Youth Service (350) staff Community Development staff (Neighbourhood action- 15/Employement Advisors -40) Elected Members- briefing session Pilot- Library services (Foleshill and Bell Green)
