  • Example: Carrying groceries to the 4th floor using the stairs. Optimum Cardiorespiratory Fitness , muscular strength, endurance, body composition, Flexibility.

  • Ability of the body to sustain prolonged rhythmic activity. The body able to use oxygen adequately.
  • Examples: Swimming, walking, running.

  • Endurance performing reapeated muscular effort.

  • Amount of body fat relative to lean tissue(muscle,tendons, ligaments).

  • Able to move joints at optimum range of motion without strain.
