  3. STEP 1: Get Your FREE NCID Click anywhere on the image above or go to: https://ncidp.nc.gov/ncidsspr Verify

  4. Register

  5. Check your email . . .

  6. Sign in to NCID jsmith *********

  7. Select Security Answers

  8. Now you have what you need to log in to the NC Certified Operator Portal . . . Continue with STEP 2 (next)

  9. STEP 2: Sign In [ CLICK IMAGE TO LOG IN . . . or go to: https://pws.ncwater.org/OpPortal/pages/dashboard.aspx ]

  10. Enter your operator/certification ID number 999529 John Smith

  11. You’re in! Need to update Contact Info, or add an operator ID?

  12. When you submit a change, this is what you see… Press OK to go back to your record This is what we receive… Changes (in red) are sent to us for update.

  13. Check your Payment Tab . . . make a payment . . .

  14. When you . . . Enter operator/certification # to proceed to payment.

  15. Check this year’s PGH/CE hours, need more? Choose from here…

  16. See exam history…Want to apply for the next exam?

  17. Check the status of your certifications . . .

  18. Are you a designated operator? Need to update?
