  2. Provide valid 9 digit HRMS Number Registration Provide your Gmail email address Select valid STD code from dropdown

  3. User submits registration details Verification Email sent to BSNL Email Address & Alternate Email Address User received verification email? No From Forgot Password Page, User sends request to Resend Verification Mail Registration Flow Yes (If you do not find the email in ‘Inbox’; please check in ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’) User clicks on verification link in the email Email Address is verified Portal Admin selects Access Rights and activates the account Welcome Email containing password sent at BSNL Email Address and Alternate Email Address provided User can now log in

  5. Change Password • Customer Account Details • Customer Service History • Customer Bill • Billing Report List of pages on SSA Portal

  6. Do not miss to change password when you will login for first time Change Password

  7. Choose either Phone No. or Email Address to retrieve data Customer Account Details

  8. Request for deactivation can be sent by selecting checkbox. Reason for deactivation to be provided while submitting the request. Customer Account Details

  9. Choose either Phone No. or Email Address to retrieve data Customer Service History The customer service history will be downloaded in excel

  10. Choose either Phone No. or Email Address Choose either One Month or More than a Month to retrieve data Customer Bill The customer bill will be downloaded in excel

  11. Select your Circle Name and SSA Name Select month for which report to be generated Billing Report To generate report for a particular plan; select plan The billing report will be downloaded in excel
