To sum up…. • To resolve a conflict, it is important to be calm, confident and relaxed • The first thing to do is to talk • Don’t use the words that hurt people • Ask for help if communication doesn’t provide a solution • Take things into your own hands if people don’t support you • All people need love and understanding 15
