Learning Objectives 1.2 Main learning objectives At the end of the project, the participating students are expected to 1.2.1 Inter-disciplinary learning objectives • Know and experience applications of science principles. • Understand communication process related to the tasks in English as a second language. • Explore the role of ICT and its use 12.2 Subject-specific learning objectives • Acquire skills to become technosavy in day to day life applications. • Know about knowledge driven communication in science and in English as a second language.

Description of the PBL Experiential Science & Task based English Learning is systematic and pedagogical approach of out of classroom methodology used to deliver the contents through activity kits and visual books. Target age group of the students is 10 – 15 years. Project will get started with design related to the science principles, applications and also tasks for English language learners. It will be based on the findings from interviews of practicing teachers and professionals. Activity cards, kits will be developed for the pre-decided topics with teacher training for conceptualization of the PBL. Students will get to be participated in PBL for understanding applications of science principles by sensitizing programs. Students will be also able to communicate better with task based learning of English as a second language. At the end of project students will get empowered with experiencing the acts with the use of ICT tools and getting skills of applied knowledge to the day to day activities with better communicating skills of English. Students develop science models, movies and also share their experiences on the web.
