  2. Marketing Objectives/ Strategies • The marketing budget will not exceed 5% if our gross annual sales. • Our promotions will always stay in tune with our company objectives and mission statement. • I will be selling to males and females teenagers and young adults.

  3. Product Mix • I chose these products so that teenagers will have many varieties to choose from. • My products will make a great impact to young adult and teenager society.

  4. Distribution Channels • My retail location will be foundation of building our customer base. We will also manage a direct mail program that will focus on our top 50% customers spotlighting any in-house sales and promotions. • It will allow Manufacturers/Producers to agents to wholesalers to my retail stores around the east coast.

  5. Price Strategy • East Coast Gear will maintain a flexible pricing strategy. We will base the product lines that we carry on their reputation and quality at East Coast Gear. • Most of our lines will stay at suggested retail price until we have a our monthly sells. • We will also utilize the standard practice of key stoning as well.

  6. Target Market • East Coast Gear Target Market will be all these outlet stores like NIKE, UnderArmour, Adidas, and many others.
