  4. OPENING STATEMENT As a student in HDF:190 FLITE I have learned about my personal strengths and values and how I can apply them in organizations, the classroom, and though life in general. I have a better understanding of many leadership theories which have helped me to understand leadership in a different light. Overall, my leadership skills have grown and developed greatly by having the opportunity to take this introduction to leadership class.
