  2. Voting Item: PGRR030New Planning Guide Section 8A, Declaration of Resource Data Accuracy • PLWG recommends support for PGRR030 as currently written with no additional edits: • PLWG was directed to address the issue of how to include clarifying language regarding the definition of IE’s (Interconnecting Entities) • PLWG recommends that the IE clarification be provided in NPRR567

  3. Voting Item: NPRR567Stakeholder Review of Resource Registration Data Requirements • PLWG recommends support for NPRR567 with the addition of clarifying language defining the timeframe when a new resource entity is considered an IE. • This additional language in the definition of IE provides the desired clarity to allow the current PGRR030 language to be found acceptable.

Active PGRRs Under Consideration • PGRR028 “Evaluation of Compliance of Reactive Requirements” • ERCOT presented revised language • Will be reviewed for potential approval at Oct PLWG Mtg • PGRR031 “Implement 95% Facility Rating Limit in Planning Criteria” • In-depth discussion at Sept PLWG Mtg • Developed a consensus direction on how to assess the 95% criteria • Final review and approval expected at Oct PLWG Mtg • PGRR032 “Stakeholder Review of Resource Registration Data Requirements” • Language found acceptable • Impact Analysis will be considered at Oct PLWG Mtg • PGRR034 “Asynchronous Tie Interconnection Policy” • Initial review will be held at Oct PLWG Mtg

  5. OPSTF Issues Under Consideration • Issue 5C: Discreet Load Additions • A recommendation will be considered that no further actions are needed to address consideration of discreet load additions within the current ERCOT transmission planning processes. • Issue 10: Security-constrained deliverability of ancillary services • A subcommittee will report on their considerations of whether any additional actions are needed
