November PLWG Meeting was Rescheduled to Friday, November 22 Items for PLWG Meeting Agenda • Three PGRR’s will be reviewed • PGRR028 will be reviewed to address concerns expressed at November ROS Mtg • PGRR033 will be considered for final review • PGRR035 will be reviewed to develop a final draft • NPRR572 associated with PGRR035 will be reviewed • OneOPSTF issue will be considered

PGRRs Submitted and Approved at November 14 ROS Meeting • PGRR031 “Implement 95% Facility Rating Limit in Planning Criteria” • This planning criteria addition to the Planning Guide was developed in response to a request from ROS to address a range of concerns identified in the work of the OPSTF • PGRR032 “Stakeholder Review of Resource Registration Data Requirements” • This PGRR describes the process for review and approval of changes, additions or deletions to the required Resource Registration data • The PGRR clarifies Interconnecting Entity (IE) information submission requirements and to removes obsolete language

PGRR Considered at November 14 ROS Mtg and referred back to PLWG • PGRR028 “Evaluation of Compliance of Reactive Requirements” • This PGRR gives ERCOT the authority to determine if a generation resource complies with ERCOT’s reactive power capability and voltage control requirements • Discussion at the November ROS Mtg identified concerns regarding the clarity regarding how ERCOT will perform the Voltage Profile analysis • PGRR028 referred back to PLWG to develop additional language responding to concerns expressed at the ROS Mtg; will be addressed at November PLWG Mtg

Active PGRRs Under Consideration • PGRR033 “Dynamics Flat Start Cases Preparation” • Language found acceptable in Oct PLWG Mtg • Impact Analysis will be considered at Nov PLWG Mtg • With final approval, expect to submit to Dec ROS Mtg • PGRR035 “DC Tie Interconnection Policy” Initial review of PGRR034 , Asynchronous Tie Interconnection Process, was held at Oct PLWG Mtg • Oct PLWG Mtg discussion resulted in new direction for Asynchronous Tie Interconnection Process • PGRR034 originally proposed to include DC Tie Interconnection Process in Planning Guide Section 5 • Interconnection Process was renamed DC Tie Interconnection Process anguage • Language was reformatted for a new Planning Guide section, Section 7, and refiled as PGRR035 • Review of revised/refiled language (PGRR035) will be held at Nov PLWG Mtg

OPSTF Issues Under Consideration • Issue 5C: Discreet Load Additions • A recommendation was offered in the October PLWG Mtg that no further actions are needed to address consideration of discreet load additions within the current ERCOT transmission planning processes. • Issue 10: Security-constrained deliverability of ancillary services • A subcommittee is anticipated to report on their considerations of whether any additional actions are needed
