  2. Performance Reviews • Should be completed no later than February 26, 2010 and forwarded to HR • Please note that in order to be eligible for a merit increase, employees should receive an evaluation for the current year and have it on file in the HR department.

  4. Cognos Reports • Available during downtime • Includes 3/10/10 data (stagnant data)

  5. February Exempt Leave Reporting • Due Wednesday, 3/10/10 at 5pm CST (not typo) • After Deadline – Manual Leave Adjustment Form

  6. WTE Pay Period 3/1-3/15 • Timesheet not available from Wednesday, 3/10 5:01pm until Tuesday, 3/16 8:00am • Includes employee, approver, payroll, HR, etc. • Deadline Wednesday, 3/17 6pm CST

  7. ePAF • Deadlines to HR: • SM 3/1-3/15: Thurs, 3/4 • MN 3/1-3/31: Thurs, 3/18 • SM 3/16-3/31: Mon, 3/29 • ePAF system not available from Wednesday, 3/10 5:01pm until Tuesday, 3/16 8:00am • Includes originators, approvers, superusers, HR, etc. • Not accessible: • Prior PAFs • Pending PAFs • Setup of new PAFs • Impact to New Hires/eRaiders

  8. Impact to March New Hires • Consider timing of new hires in relation: • PAF submit/approvals, • I-9 completion (required before PAF apply), • eRaider, • Online timesheet access/deadlines • Manual check requests (MCR)s • Prepare department, employee, and tasks

  9. March MCR Deadlines • Remember Banner should reflect status before MCR can be processed (i.e. PAF must already be applied before payment can be setup) • 3/4/2010 payable on 3/10/2010 • 3/18/2010 payable on 3/26/2010 • Communicate to department & employees
