Community Building - Power Up the Grid Behaviors we will target in the campaign: • Share your skills/talents: Update MyCV and profile • Collaborate: Find and Follow GRID activities and innovation at Accenture: use hashtags, follow circles, find right communities • Learn: take a course (technology, innovation), read a book, etc. • Innovate: participate in Brightidea, take ITO, build a prototype/tool • Work out loud: use the stream, share failures and learnings, ask for help • Contribute: App Exchange, ITO outcomes, blog, microblog • Enable: support innovation in your team, approve training time, recommend/provide a book or article, lead by example, @target people and groups • Regional connections - TBD • Run campaign April – May (end at close of Q3 to maximize A3 score impact) • Key components: • Create a circle or blog to track participation (see this example: https://circles.accenture.com/circle.htm?id=3f8d3b0f-7ae4-4d5f-81cb-131774f030f3) • Publicize through This Week on the Grid each week. Encourage use of blogs/microblogs and #PowerUp • Leverage regional leads in BPO and TfB to promote and encourage participation.   2. Power up the Grid Week 1: Share your skills If you want to be active on The Grid, you have to let others know who you are, your skills, and your interests. An accurate and current people page makes you ‘findable’ to others looking for innovation help. In the future, People Search will be one way we’ll identify candidates to help with Technology Innovation Projects. Take some time this week to make your profile shine! Changing an organization and building a culture of innovation requires a “work out loud” mindset.
