Remote Sensing on the Nez Perce Reservation

This project utilizes remote sensing techniques to classify land cover and land use on the Nez Perce Reservation. It aims to create accurate maps of crops, roads, vegetation, forests, and invasive weeds. The project uses various data sources including Landsat, Indian Remote Sensing, MODIS, LiDAR, SPOT, and hyperspectral imagery.

  21. Thank You Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan, 'Press on,' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race. ~Calvin Coolidge Contact: Laurie Ames ext. 2619 lames@nezperce.org
