  1. Communications Survey

  3. Which is the most preferred form of communication? Results Observation: Email if it is attached with a meeting notice and or combined with other announcements.

  4. Which is the least preferred form of communication? Results Observation: Websites without a link are not helpful

  5. Fewer daily emails from communications (broadcasts) • Limit the broadcasts to specific groups, many of them aren’t relevant to people • Send out all IT information once a week • Longer notices before events • Slow down digital signage • Get rid of posters or centralize them • Send out meeting notices of the event (could connect it to the PEC calendar) • Highlight collaborations between Ag and JDPS • Reduce the amount of slides on the digital monitors • Going out to sites (SharePoint) is an annoyance / takes too much time Improvements

  6. Incorporating the DESIGN was a good step to eliminating as many meeting notices • Having meeting notices attached to broadcasts • Digital signage is a good reminder of things taking place • Many times emails get flooded • Adding the digital signage slides to a SharePoint site Positive feedback
