MSIF communications surveyTopline results The aims of the 2013 MSIF communications survey were: • To inform communications strategy, including translations policy • To obtain feedback on communications channels • To understand our audiences better The communications survey was emailed to 39,444 people on Multiple Sclerosis International Federation’s database on Tuesday 12 November 2013. The survey closed on Friday 29 November.A total of 2,770 people started the survey, a response rate of seven per cent. Response numbers for each question are shown on the slides. There were a number of mandatory questions.Respondents could choose to take the survey in one of eight languages: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Portugese, Russian and Spanish. The following slides show the aggregated responses across all languages. 1,985 people, or 73 per cent of all respondents, completed the survey in English.The following slides exclude free-text responses, which are available on request from tim@msif.org.
