Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) Hands-On Certification

Factory Service completes a hands-on demonstration of LOTO knowledge during technician audits. OSHA regulation and GE’s Master LOTO Program require a hands-on demonstration every year.

A change this past month means that reciprocal demonstrations are NOT permitted, meaning if technician A verifies technician B’s LOTO demonstration, technician B cannot verify technician A the same day or call.
