Main Achievements • During the Third Quarter of 2011 the Ipsos Training Center (ITC) reached the following main achievements: • New courses, both on Research Topics and on Leadership & Managerial Skills, were added to the ITC offer. • Webinars for all Ipsos employees were hosted with Ipsos Open Thinking Exchange. Specific webinars for Marketing and ASI teams were also hosted. • A first webinar for HR community (Strengthening Bonds within HR) was delivered. • The ITC Webpage was updated with new content and a new curricula structure. • World of learning with Ipsos, new campaign for clients, has started being promoted through our Account Managers and Directors within our clients. • The first edition of ASI Newcomers program finished. • All Marketing training courses were updated showing a consistent design.

Next Quarter Challenges • Next Quarter will face the following challenges: • Include and welcome Synovate colleagues to our campus. • Improve some of the current courses being offered. • Planning of the CPG 2012 edition. • Launch of the ASI Development Guide on-line material. • New courses / training materials to come: • Giving and Receiving Feedback • ASI Skills Development Guide • Personal Effectiveness • Security Awareness for IT Professionals • Designor for Clients • Proposals Quality • P&G Recruiting The Best Respondents
