Creating competitive advantage Competitive advantage is an unfair advantage or not owned or owned by many competitors.a bank that has ATM network is called a competitive advantage, because other banks are not much ATM network, while clients in desperate need of services through ATM network. But if many banks already have a network of ATMs, the first bank to have ATMs do not have the advantage again.
