Cerebral venous hypertension with papilloedema and Idiopathic intracranial hypertension • A 20 year young female presented with complaints of left sided hemifacial spasms, right sided tinnitus and visual disturbances since 1 year. • Funduscopy showed bilateral disc edema and venous congestion. • MRA brain revealed prominent cortical veins.
Cerebral DSA was done which showed venous congestion, Right transverse sigmoid venous junction stenosis.
Prominent anterior cortical veins and small left transverse sinus and anterior superior sagittal sinus.
