This paper presents the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats ( SWOT) analysis of a proposed model aimed at advancing cacao processing technology and commercialization of cacao food products in the Municipality of Lasam, Philippines. The analysis was conducted based on in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with key stakeholders involved in the cacao industry, including cacao farmers, processors, local businesses, industry experts, and government officials. The study identifies several strengths that the proposed model can leverage for successful implementation.
