  5. Classes • Steps 3 and 4: Analysis and practice • Analyses, exercises, presentations, discussions • Building understanding through practice

  6. Integration • Step 5: Application • Case available in advance • Each team gets one question that day • 40 minutes to answer • Then present, discuss

  7. Panel Discussion • More application • Health care executives • Students ask questions • Further application of concepts in that model

  8. Semester Plan • 1 warm-up module (ungraded) • 3 graded modules • Final synthesis, including role play
