  4. Data Submission Requirements • First warning May 31 • First OOC June 14 • Full set of measures • Enter Alt and non-tested now • Program Measures

  6. Third Grade Reading Guarantee • Grades KG-3 • 30 day window to assess • Reading, Math and Writing Diagnostic Results • Reported from FN record • On track, Not On Track • Not Required or Not Assessed • Interventions – Program Codes • Not on Track in Reading • Program Codes will be 15XXXX format • Staff Credential ID’s and Building IRN’s Not Required • ODE will not begin to collect until late May
