College Priorities for 2012/13 • Focus on AACSB reaccreditation visit in January 2014. • Examine program offerings to seek new opportunities and efficiencies and cross program synergies. • Diversify our income base. • Increase impact on student and community stakeholders and promote college brand value. Next Budget Round • Governor’s Proposed Budget for 13/14 includes proposal for $125 million new funding ($10 million for online initiatives) • Our process for 13/14 underway • Strategic plan being updated and should be finished by mid March • Call for budget requests to go out by end of March • Dean and SLT to consider budget in May and June • Budgets distributed by end of June • Purpose is embedded in Mission • Multi-year Strategic Plan indicates how .
